Equipment Pilates
At TPM, I believe that exercise should be approachable and enjoyable. I am dedicated to helping you build a stronger, healthier body. My classes focus on resistance training that targets not only the major muscle groups, but the smaller muscles too. Helping you to increase strength and flexibility. You'll also enjoy a sense of flow as you work through each movement with intention and control. Whether you're a pro or a beginner, I will guide you through reformer, wunda chair, and tower workouts.
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

At The Pilates Movement, I believe movement is medicine! TPM's philosophy is not to just create a workout, but to create an experience that is fun, challenging, and inspiring. TRX Suspension Training is designed to improve balance, flexibility and strength. My goal is to help clients achieve their fitness goals while having a good time.
